4. Social Media 

Recruiting in this new technological age is different. Stretch your social media muscles. It’s no secret that the way into the new generations’ hearts is through their phones. Be sure to utilize your access to social media to get your message out, because that’s how new age job seekers are finding their opportunities.

In doing so it is important that you are communicative, stern, and responsive with your client.  Be sure that every time you are in contact with your client, you are both knowledgeable and honest in your response.
