ATLANTA, GA — Kinetix, the recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) firm for growth companies, was recently honored with a top three finish on the HRO Today 2020 Baker’s Dozen list for RPO. Kinetix was also recognized as one of only six companies who truly provide healthcare RPO, rating third overall in the healthcare segment.
HRO Today’s annual survey is based solely on feedback from buyers of the RPO services, focusing on current customers of those companies. It’s the largest customer satisfaction study in the HR trade media. The survey analyzes three categories of service – breadth of service, size of deal, and quality. Each of these factors is weighted into a total score. Surveys outside the normal distribution are discarded.
The 2020 top finish in the Baker’s Dozen marks the third consecutive year Kinetix has been rated as a top provider in the mid-sized deal segment by the HRO Today survey. In addition to rating third overall and third in the healthcare segment, Kinetix also rated second in quality of service among firms providing RPO in the mid-sized deal segment.
